Kids Breakfast Simple Recipes (4)

1. Aishah's favourite is egg mayo on crispbread, pastu
letak smoked salmon on top.

2. jamie oliver's pukkola( google for recipe) pun sedap.

3. make coin sized pancakes and serve with maple syrup
nuts and berries, macam kat paddington's house of
pancakes tu

4. buat lempeng kelapa ke, sedaaap!

5. vegetable cucur pun sedap, go crazy with the veges
tapi make sure chop halus-halus, tambah udang geragau
for the savoury taste

6. telur dadar letak mushroom tomato and little shrimps.
buat smiley face.

7. sapu peanut butter on bread, susun sliced bananas,
sandwichkan, dip in egg mixxed with a little chopped
almonds, fry in a little butter. yg ni tak boleh
selalu, very fattening.

Kids Breakfast Simple Recipes (2)

1. ROTI HOTDOG.

Kelar2 hot dog kerat then Microwaved.

Roti buang kerak, potong dua. Roll hot dog in roti


2. SCRAMBLE EGG AND HOT DOG

Potong hot dog into small pieces (potong 5) microwaved

Put butter in microvable compartment, pecahkan telur (2 or 3). Dash of basils or Thyme.

Kacau as and when. Bila dah masak, masuk hot dog racik cheese, put on top.

Put at a few seconds to melt. Yang ni kena makan pakai sudu, My kids love it for supper.


3. SANDWICH

Telur rebus lenyek. Grate a bit bawang and carrot (This is trick for kids yg tak mahu sayur)

Campur sikit tuna. A bit mayonaise. Pepper and Garam. Dah siap.

Roti, buang kerak. Sapukan campuran di atas. Potong roti into 4 little squares or triangles. So cute to eat.


4. NASI AND LAUK AS BEKAL

Simple dish is sotong/udang/ayam masak tumis. If ayam - potong kecil no bones.

Tumis bawang putih and merah and a bit cili. Masukkan ayam or sotong or udang.

Sikit kicap manis and cili sos. Done! hehehe....ini resipi emergency!


5. POTATO

For kids yang suka potato. Basuh potato bersih2 - jangan kupas kulit.

Potong 2 atau 3. Rebus dalam air yang diletak sikit garam.

Bila dah empuk, kupas kulit (tarik jer). Sapu butter on top. Dashes of pepper and basil or thyme.

Ready to go! Yang ni served with steamed vege pun sedap.


6. FUN CEKODOK PISANG

Ramuan seperti cekodok pisang biasa, tapi tambah kelapa parut and kismis hitam.

Can also letak koko. For chocolatee taste. Yummy! Happy trying.

1. KENTANG GORENG

- potong kentang panjang2 mcm fries dan goreng.

- tabur sikit dgn garam (jgn byk sgt)
- masukkan tomato sos dlm bekas kecik yg berasingan (kalau buat bekal).

2. SANDWICH CHEESE & APPLE

- slice nipis apple hijau atau merah, lapiskan dgn cheese.
- So, budak2 bila tengok ade apple tu, mcm excited le sikit.

3. CAKE

Buat le ape2 kek yg budak2 suka makan.

4. COOKIES

Sediakan stok Chocolate chips cookies (beli atau buat) untuk anak bawak bekal ke sekolah.

5. JEMPUT2 IKAN BILIS

Untuk bagi food tu healthy lagi, potong halus2 carrot. So, nampak la oren2 sikit jemput2 tu. Bagi le sos tomato untuk tambahkan lagi selera makan.

6. SANDWICH TUNA & APPLE

Buat lebih kurang macam sandwich yg kat atas. Cuma bezanya ialah dia pakai tuna and apple. Ade le rasa masam2 manis kat dlm sandwich tu. Mulut pun takde la bau tuna.

7. SANDWICH TELUR

Goreng telur mata kerbau tu dan lapiskan dlm roti. Letak la tomato sos ke, cili sos ke atau mayonis. Ikut selera masing2.

Kids Breakfast Simple Recipes

1. French Toast

Sapu majerin nipis2 kat roti, salut ngan telur yg dah dipukul dgn sedikit garam, "goreng" guna kuali non-stick tanpa minyak atas api sederhana perlahan. Boleh gak kalau nak makan dengan honey atau cicah gula halus.

2. Cheese sandwich - roti sapu majerin, cheese kat tgh

3. Carrots - steamed atau mentah

4. Broccoli - steamed

Teringat pulak masa kt US dulu .... selalu bawa nasi dengan ayam (cut into little pieces) goreng kunyit untuk lunch!
